SFX’s Woes Continue With One Tribe Festival’s Cancellation

One Tribe Festival has become the latest victim in the most recent development of the ongoing SFX saga.

The ambitious first year California festival has unfortunately been cancelled.

Visitors to One Tribe Festival’s website will be greeted with the following statement:

Dear Members of The Tribe,

It is with a heavy heart we regret to inform you that One Trive has been indefinitely postponed due to a mix of unforeseen events and circumstances.

The love and support that you have shown us brings a bittersweet feeling as we deliver this news. We extend our deepest thanks for joining us on this journey, one that is over before its time.

One Tribe started out as a vision of unity and aimed to stake out a new voice in the crowd of current music festivals. From the venue, to the lineup and programing style, we viewed One Tribe as a fresh approach for southern California.

We have recognized your support from having spent your time and money investing in One Tribe. We don’t take this responsibility lightly and for all current ticket holders, you will be contacted via email this week. We will be issuing full refunds to make sure everyone is taken care of promptly and properly.

With love and eternal gratitude,

One Tribe Festival

The lineup, originally stacked with all star acts like Gramatik, Kygo, Carl Craig, Tycho, Jamie Jones, and many more – will sadly live only in our imaginations along with the dances that could have been had.

Currently, SFX appears to be continuing preparations for the organization’s other festivals including Atlanta, Georgia’s TomorrowWorld and New York City’s Electric Zoo.

Cross your fingers.
