Once again, the young and esteemed progressive house music producer from across-the-pond known to us as Corey James makes his re-entrance with Israeli DJ duo, Teamworx. Together they create, ‘Funky Music’, released on Steve Angello’s SIZE Records.
Corey James’ and Teamworx’s new single brings a house punch to some very fun EDM party vibes.
With lashing sirens and a pulsing bass offsetting classic synth riffs, ‘Funky Music’ transcends typical EDM into a feverish party-like atmosphere meshed with darker vibrations. From the very beginning of the track, the new anthemic vibes we have come to love from Corey James are ever present.

The contributions crafted by the duo Teamworx clearly looks to take the edge away from Corey’s more extreme production sensibilities and balances the track out with club vibes. ‘Funky Music’ has just enough dark edge and pounding percussion from Corey James to compliment Teamworx’s signature sound, resulting in a wildly funked up final product. ‘Funky Music’ can be downloaded here.
