With TomorrowWorld finally upon us, it’s time to get down to the final stage of the pre-festie process: loading up on new music and figuring out which acts that you absolutely can’t miss. Of course, you’ll be catching as many of the headliners as you can, and you should; they’re headliners after all.
You won’t want to miss Bassnectar, Armin van Buuren, Kaskade, Martin Garrix, etc… that’s obvious.
In that regard, we’d like to use this space to focus on the artists who you may not know, and the one’s who might get overlooked (but definitely shouldn’t be) on a massive lineup like TomorrowWorld.
World-class artists in their own right, each of these 10 artists are guaranteed to knock your proverbial socks off while out at TomorrowWorld 2015. Check them out below:
Justin Martin
If you dig house music (and we wholeheartedly hope you do), then San Francisco’s Justin Martin is about to be your new best friend. Dropping fire tunes left and right via Dirtybird Records, Justin Martin is will get the dance party going full force at TomorrowWorld.
As Martin and Dirtybird keep pushing boundaries in the studio and on the stage with the Dirtybird Campout and Dirtybird Barbecue, make sure to check this cat out for your house music shenanigans.
Matoma
Norway’s tropical house wunderkind Tom Lagergren aka Matoma is on the forefront of the tropical house music. Encompassing the genre’s easy flowing vibe and warm breezy feels, pour up a margarita and check out Matoma to get a taste of the beach life while out in Georgia.
Michael Calfan
Throwing the soul back into house music, Michael Calfan has been the talk of the town since the release of his international hit, “Treasured Soul”. Bringing a bit of the French house sound to TomorrowWorld, catch the Parisian throwing it down to get your silky house music fix.
NGHTMRE
Trap fans rejoice because NGHTMRE will be hitting TomorrowWorld with one goal: absolutely destroying the place with bass. With a low end blasting trap style that’s sure to melt faces and minds alike – NGHTMRE is one artists who’s guaranteed to bring it every time that he steps on stage.
Party Favor
Los Angeles, California’s producer/DJ Party Favor is a pioneering force in festival trap. Racking up nearly 4 million plays with his hit original, “Bap U”, as well as dropping a slew of high-profile remixes for Dillon Francis, Diplo, Flosstradamus, and more – dial in to Party Favor’s set for your daily dose of high-octane trap music.
Zoogma
In a festival dominated by DJs, Zoogma is an act that’s guaranteed to bring a different flavor of shred to TomorrowWorld. A 4-piece outfit, Zoogma’s rousting sound is as combustible as napalm, and liable to ignite every time that they hit the stage.
A jamtronica hybrid that stirs up comparisons with bands like Papadosio and The Malah, don’t miss these guys. They. Kill. It.
Rufus Du Sol
Sydney, Australia’s Rufus Du Sol is a tour-de-force with their off kilter house sound. With indie-soul inflections over a steady house backdrop, this Australian trio is sure to leave fans in a steady-grooving trance out at TomorrowWorld.
Peking Duk
Rounding out the Aussies on the list, Peking Duk is a dance music duo from Canberra, Australia that brings parties to perpetual bliss every time that they play. With a massive sound that borders between indie house and future bass, don’t miss Peking Duk at TomorrowWorld 2015.
Teemid
French deep house maestro TEEMID will be bringing his chilled-out vibe to the stage this weekend. With a deep-pocket soulful sound, TEEMID promises to leave nothing but a wake of smiling hugging humanoids after his set is all said and done.
Sam Feldt
Melodic house stalwart Sam Feldt is a fan favorite for his daydream inducing masterpieces. If you like the lighter side of deep and melodic house, dig into Sam Feldt’s set at TomorrowWorld; you won’t regret it.
