Though we are slightly past the season that keeps on giving, Colorado duo Big Gigantic is providing music fans with their “Winter Chill Mix” available for free download.
As temperatures across the United States plummet below degrees, Dom Lalli and Jeremy Salken have given us something to cozy up to on those nights that we decide going out just isn’t worth it. Fresh off a gold medal year that saw the release of their album The Night Is Young, Big Gigantic’s “Winter Chill Mix” is a solid start for the beginning of January.
Favorites of the thatDROP family, we have had the fortune of seeing Big G throw down on multiple occasions. As if the live instrumental aspects provided by the saxophone and drums was not enough, they seem to have gotten progressively better with every performance.
Granted we got to see them during three of, arguably, their most passionate sets of the year – kicking off their Night Is Young tour, Hulaween after being cancelled the first year, and in their hometown of Denver for Decadence – it is still difficult to argue that these dudes aren’t one of the best live acts for your dollar.
Though merely a mix of their favorites, the “Winter Chill Mix” provides some pretty nifty remixes for a laid back sound on those cold January evenings.
