Los Angeles is one of the best music cities period and EDM has fallen right in to place in the City of Angels. A study by The Atlantic Senior Editor Richard Florida found that L.A. has more musical performances than any other city in the United States, absolute and per-capita. Clubs like Echo, Exchange, Avalon, Lure and Palladium throw their fair share of those acts in to the pot while catering to EDM fans across the entire spectrum; from hardstyle to day-parties to nightclubs and everything in between.
The Southern Cali mecca is also a hotbed of producers, record labels, and some of the largest agencies in the world. Hard, Insomniac, Dim Mak, Mad Decent, and OWSLA, CAA, WME, and ICM all call L.A. home.
The birthplace of Electric Daisy Carnival, host to Hard Los Angeles, and fully backed by one of the most dedicated underground rave scenes on Earth, Los Angeles has no problem securing its’ spot on our list.
