New York’s BENTZ has teamed up with Detroit-born G-REX to rework another collaboration track, ‘Go With It’ by TOkiMONSTA and MNDR, which first saw its release back in 2013. Taking the laid back nature of the original, BENTZ and G-REX take the track’s strongest points and mould them into something that bolsters them to a super-strength banger.
With the TOkiMONSTA’s original tribal drums still punching through at the beginning, the song begins to build with subtle finger clicks before fizzing its way into the beginning of the vocal. Hi-hats tinker under MNDR’s glorious vocals as the chorus bursts in under a flurry of distortion, followed by a choppy breakdown, taking inspiration from the future bass world.
