SLANDER are no strangers to cultivating new talents. On “Getting Late”—released December 31 on their label Heaven Sent as a surprise for fans—Andersen and Land pair themselves with emerging Los Angeles producer if found for an enthralling melodic bass dancefloor track featuring newcomer Danni Carra.
To launch “Getting Late” SLANDER dropped the brand new track during their mainstage performance at Dallas’ Lights All Night festival simultaneously with its appearance on streaming platforms. This unexpected release was sweetened by the song’s collaborator if found joining SLANDER on stage to perform it with them. Traditionally, SLANDER launches new singles in their sets weeks before setting them for release.

𝙞𝙛 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 is the recording alias of Carson Maki, an LA-based Bass producer who combines cross-genre influences to create a refreshing hybrid of melodic and heavy bass music. Launched in 2019 and influenced by artists such as Porter Robinson, blink-182 and Blanke, the 𝙞𝙛 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 project infuses electronic-heavy music with Pop Punk-inspired riffs and driving basslines. His debut performance at EDC Las Vegas 2021 generated more buzz and intrigue for the ascending artist. The 𝙞𝙛 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 project has seen early streaming success with +7M streams to-date on Spotify alone. His recent official remix of Gryffin’s “Best Is Yet To Come” has been a staple of Gryffin’s set for the 2021 festival season and generated 500k streams within a week. Rounding out 2021, 𝙞𝙛 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 linked up with melodic duo WE ARE FURY on their latest single “Belong” with a heavy bass treatment from 𝙞𝙛 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 for the VIP.
