From Adam Dietch and Borahm Lee of Break Science to Derek Vincent Smith himself, each member of the Pretty Lights Music family is a conduit to passion and creativity.
Avid PL fans since his days of opening for STS9, we were indescribably ecstatic when we saw that Manic Focus and Break Science teamed up with with the brass from Lettuce for this rework of “I Can See It In Your Face.”
The layers of of instrumentation created by mixing the Pretty Lights original with Dietch on the drums and The Shady Horns on trumpet and sax result in a complex tune that will leave you shivering from the overload of funk.
Debuted through thissongissick, we can’t think of a better way to round out the year.
