From dusk ’til dawn, this selfless manager has proven to his team and roster that going above and beyond for one another is the key towards big goals. Another of his DJ/producers – Klaud – can gratefully say that he has headlined his own full blown Malaysian tour thanks to his team and management.

The 19 year old youngster has performed alongside some of the scenes biggest names and is all about dropping jaws as he mesmerizes his audience with his own progressive beats and mixes. Klaud’s calling card is simply the memories he leaves his fans. And that he does. Hitting stages in major cities such as London, Ibiza, New York and Miami, the concept of “superstardom” is something that the young producer has visibly depicted at all of his events.

This is something that can easily throw a 19 year old off course from his goals, but thanks to the guidance that Bash equips his team with, they are able to see success more clearly than fame.

“Klaud is an interesting artist as well…he does everything on his own which in a way you can kind of say that he self manages. He’s so driven and ambitious in a way that if anything needs to get done, he can get it done as far as graphic designing, setting up podcasts…After working with him for two years, he has developed that scheduling and planning. He is very smart and educated as far as production. He knows the ins-and-outs of mixing and overall producing a track…he played at UMF last year, right before the big Malaysian tour…he’s just looking for that one track that is really going to get him noticed on a world-wide level.”
