Mark your calendars, tweet your friends, and tweak your nipples because the Nervo twins are taking over Avalon this Saturday April 2nd.
Australian model twins Miriam and Olivia Nervo are reaching global superstar status as one of the most in demand DJ acts on the planet right now. Still in their 20’s, this dynamic duo has been on the scene for over a decade. Not only have they co-written the Grammy Award winning single “When Love Takes Over” performed by David Guetta and Kelly Rowland, they have also written hit singles for artists like Ke$ha, Kylie Minogue and The Pussycat Dolls, just to name a few.
They have gone from Cover Girl Wilhelmina models to opening for Britney Spears and Niki Minaj on the Femme Fatale tour. Music was “always the focus for them”, according to the twins.
Having now had a residency at the Wynn Las Vegas, played festivals like Tomorrowland, and produced tracks with Afrojack and Steve Aoki, they are well on their way to proving they are way more than just a couple of pretty faces.
With a hectic schedule of over 200 live shows a year, they still find time to produce a number of chart topping tracks like the Beatport #1 “The Way We See the World” with Afrojack and Dimitri Vegas, “Like Home” with Nicky Romero and the massive hit “Revolution” featuring R3Hab and Ummet Ozcan.
NERVO recently signed with Ultra Records and has finally released their Billboard chart-topping debut album “Collateral” in 2015. It features the instantly catchy tune “It Feels”, along with collaborations with Kreayshawn and Dev & Alisa Ueno for the tongue in cheek track “Hey Ricky.”
