One of the United State’s most prominent DJ’s & producers, Joe Antonio has been mixing the vibes of electro & progressive house music since 1999, starting at the young age of 13.
Over the years Joe Antonio has become one of Connecticut’s most sought after DJ’s, including mixing at Connecticut’s big room clubs like Room 960, Alchemy, GRAND, Sin City, Ultra 88, Shrine, Afterlife, Azteca & clubs all over the Northeast including New York, New Jersey & Rhode Island.
Antonio also had the opportunity to open for superstar DJ’s including John Digweed, Randy Boyer, DJ Skribble, Sharam, Hatiras, Victor Calderone & many more. Joe Antonio has recently gone under the tutelage and guidance of long time friend Randy Boyer, co-owner of EnMass Music alongside Darude. Randy Boyer was a intricate part of Joe’s introduction to DJ’ing and producing in the late 90’s and early 2000’s and now, years later, they are currently working on original productions and DJ’ing together across various venues across the US.
Joe Antonio’s style consists of floor jacking electro, funky, disco riddled floor fillers and the refined sounds of progressive house.
I always like to throw surprises in my sets, I never play the same set twice, I am constantly reading the crowd and playing for the moment. I love to throw my listeners into a coma and wake them back up. Whether it be a big room house track, or a huge electro bomb, I just love to keep my fans and listeners on their toes.
