HARBER Harnesses An Explosive Dance Single ‘What We See’

Savvy young DJ, HARBER, designs a sultry track dubbed, ‘What We See’. The local New York favorite invites Berklee College of Music graduate, Sara Kendall, to his lab to give this track proper dynamics. Her vocals will draw you in, especially when HARBER uses them to launch us into the chorus after a playful intro.

Accompanying the melding lyrics is a crisp bassline with tasty futuristic synths and an explosive drop.

‘What We See’ along with his other recently released piece, ‘Fire‘, proves that HARBER is ready to own any crowd, from Brooklyn warehouse raves to Miami beach clubs. It is fun to hear him play with different genres in his tracks like a painter would with various colors in a painting.

We can thank the teachings from the Scratch DJ Academy in New York for helping create this powerful artist. After honing in his skills at the academy he is now slaying the nights at reputable venues around the nation like the Hudson Terrace. Furthermore, HARBER’s refreshing and smooth sound has earned him slots opening for big dawgs like, Rick Ross and A$AP Ferg.

‘What We See’ takes us on a musical journey of introspective and retrospective emotions that gives you a refreshing boost of energy by the end.

The emotion in this track is expressed through delicate synth builds that fiercely whip into an uptempo drop to summon a sense of hope. Also, HARBER wisely continues his common infectious themes of incorporating female vocals to fuel our soul and a delectable beat to make us move.

For me, the message of this track also evokes a burning desire to completely understand something or someone as the lyrics ring, “we might not be quite what we seem.” We look forward to seeing what this kid adds to his repertoire next to blow our minds.
