Fans had been waiting over a year (since April 2020) for Dom Dolla and Sonny Fodera to take the stage in NYC. While it looked like the second-to-last date, set for Halloween 2021, was going to happen, another rescheduled date was released.
From the ongoing pandemic to venue issues, the show had been postponed a handful of times before finally going down on November 3. While there was definitely a very different vibe from what would have been an early Spring or Halloween show, things went off without a hitch.
In fact, it felt like the team behind the show, as well as all of the DJs on the lineup, made the extra effort to keep things light and fun.
To start, getting into the event was very streamlined and simple, and attendees were able to find the main room without any trouble.
Openers Love & Logic and Torren Foot got everyone grooving during the earliest hours of the show, with bass-heavy house music filling the warehouse.
As the night went on, Sonny Fodera came to the stage, bringing his distinct sound to the crowd. His infectious hits like “Nah” and “Stuck In My Head” were instant crowd-pleasers, to say the least.
