German multi-genre producer Virtual Riot is known for his masterful sound design and impeccable drops.
His newest release is on the forthcoming Disciple Alliance Vol. 3 and channels influences from Blizzard Entertainment‘s highly successful game Overwatch.
Virtual Riot’s dirty dubstep clashes with gaming – what could be better?
If you’ve ever played Overwatch then the phrases “Ryuu ga waga teki wo kurau” and “Ryūjin no ken wo kurae” immediately make you fear for your life. If you’re unfamiliar with the game, two of the most memorable characters (Hanzo and Genji) shout those two phrases when they use their ultimate or special ability. While it’s not the first time a producer has channeled a gaming influence, it’s always fun to see those two worlds crossover, especially when it’s done by a great producer such as Virtual Riot.
“Dragons” is absolutely filthy and will make any dubstep fan headbang on the spot.
