Return of the Boom Zap is a bi-monthly party in Campbell, California that focuses on emerging music styles. After first listen to “Killing a Soundboy”, it doesn’t sound like anything that you’ve ever heard before.
With a sound like none other, “Killing a Soundboy” brings an intensely dark and eerie vibe to the table.
A deep, trunk blasting 808-inspired beat with some intensely belted out vocals over the top, it’s something that sounds completely in a league of it’s own.
Trying to think of another track or artists to compare it to is nerve-racking, there simply isn’t another.
