She has headlined world class venues such as E11EVEN Miami, Home Sydney, and the Marquee for her residency in Las Vegas at Tao Beach Club. DJs like Tiësto and Martin Garrix have played her tracks live, and she has opened for Zedd, Lil Jon, and Steve Aoki. Along the way, support from artists such as Timmy Trumpet, who passed her his old decks to get her started, and learning how to mix from DJ TARAS, aka Ghostlike, have helped rally her music career.

We caught the vibe that Brooke is keeping it bouncy, just like one of our favorite records from her, ‘Dance’ on Spinnin’ Records with Moska, and based on the tracks she has been mixing into her sets lately, like TWINSICK‘s remix of Gracie Abrams, that sky-high energy is on its way to the moon.

What has been your weirdest or most fun celebrity interaction?

I’ve honestly had so many living in the USA over the past decade. The other day I was actually in the DJ box with Kevin Hart and he really is very little!

Do you have any “days-gone-wrong” stories from your modeling career?

Plenty. Almost every shoot – something goes wrong. A lot of wardrobe malfunctions, make up and hair issues. I once had to hold a giant live snake for a cover shoot and I panicked and the snake shat on me and became aggressive and I cried hahaha

Usually the disasters become the funniest stories years later.

What are some valuable lessons about communication you have learned from being a TV and radio host, journalist, and studying public relations in Uni?

The biggest lesson is listening.

Most people focus on what they’re going to say next, but the best communicators genuinely listen first.

The second lesson is authenticity. Audiences can sense when someone is trying too hard.

What makes someone “cool” in your eyes?

Kindness.

The older I get, the more I admire people who are successful and still treat everyone with respect.

Confidence without arrogance is incredibly attractive.

What do you wish you could tell your 20-year-old self?

Stop worrying so much.

The things you’re stressing about won’t matter nearly as much as you think they will.

Trust yourself more and enjoy the journey.

Sleep more and relax.

That’s good to know as I just turned 20 myself. I hate to ask something you may have been ask 1,000 times but our readers must know, how did you get started in modeling?

I actually got into modelling quite young. My mum forwarded me to a number of agencies when I was around five years old. I would say I was born for it as I loved it so much.

Have there been any bizarre brands you have modeled for or had to turn down?

There have definitely been a few over the years. I have modeled for so many brands. From food products to shopping mall advertisements and much, much more.

Are there any fashion trends you’re into these days?

I’ve honestly never really followed trends in fashion. I just love clothing that fits well and looks hot on my body. I am obsessed with comfy activewear though.

Are you currently training for anything?

I’m always training for something, even if it’s just becoming stronger and healthier. Fitness has become less about aesthetics and more mental for me. If I don’t train I’m very moody haha

What are some health tips you have for us? Are you taking any supplements to live to 120?

If I had to keep it simple:

  • Prioritise sleep
  • Lots of sunshine
  • Lift weights
  • Walk daily
  • Eat enough good protein
  • Manage stress

As for supplements, I take a few that support my health. I have an INCREDIBLE Naturopath that helps with all my supplements, Her Earth Medicine.

What is something you have recently learned about or enjoy diving into?

I’ve become fascinated by health, hormones, longevity and how lifestyle affects our overall wellbeing.

The more I learn, the more I realise how connected our physical and mental health really are.

What version of yourself are you currently outgrowing?

The version that felt like she had to prove herself all the time.

I’m much more focused on peace, purpose and enjoying life rather than constantly chasing validation.

And overworking and overtraining! Avoiding the burnout.

How do you shift gears between the business side and the creative side of your work?

I’m very much a creative gal and visual person. I’m not great at organisation or the business side – I leave that to my husband Matt (Stafford).

What is the most blonde thing you have ever done or forgotten to do?

Oh gosh. There’s been a lot of moments but I have moved on from calling it “blonde moments” to “Mum brain” like putting milk in the pantry or my wallet in the fridge.

What do models talk about backstage at a fashion festival?

Honestly? Everything except fashion. Travel stories, relationships, food, business ideas, family, life dramas and where everyone is partying after the show.

Any guilty pleasures, and what does your ultimate cheat day look like?

I’m a sucker for sugar. Give me anything from ice cream to candy!

My perfect cheat day would probably start with a great coffee, involve something delicious for lunch and end with dessert I definitely didn’t need but absolutely enjoyed.

What is your most chaotic girls’ trip story?

Let’s just say there have been missed flights, lost luggage, accidental all-nighters and moments where nobody knew what day it was.

The best girls’ trips usually involve at least one story that nobody can fully explain afterwards.

What is your biggest flex that has nothing to do with work?

Being a mum.

Nothing has challenged me, humbled me or taught me more than becoming a parent.

It’s easily the role I’m most proud of.
