The Venue(s)
Backwoods Festival features 6 incredible venues for 2015’s much anticipated event. To give a little taste of the level of epic that Backwoods is bringing out this year, here’s a rundown of 4 of the 6 venues that they’ll have set up:
- The Meadow: A DJ-housing treehouse stage that’s set to keep the electronic vibes grooving for you funky dance music fiends. Let’s repeat that again in case it didn’t fully sink in – a treehouse stage. Yes…
- Discoportal: A 360 degree immersive stage environment complete with a massive 50 foot high fireball-throwing disco ball that will be encircled by 6 flame-firing LED towers. Need we say more?
- Motherland: Nestled among the trees in a natural amphitheater, Motherland will be home to a massive stage that’s guaranteed to keep the woods bumping over the weekend.
- Elevate: A 7,000 square foot air conditioned club that’s destined to give attendees a much-needed break from the summer sun and heat.
Backwoods Workshops
There’s an incredible number of workshops to check out during your time at Backwoods 2015. Designed to envigorate and inspire, Backwoods Festival’s workshops include yoga/acro-yoga, poi/flow, slacklining, meditation, belly dancing, and more!
Funky Festie Activities
Backwoods Festival features daily swimming, water volleyball tournaments, drum circles, fire-tower climbs, ferris wheel rides, helicopter rides, fishing, and more. It’s basically a festie-fanatic’s playground, and we couldn’t be more psyched for it.
