Some of the biggest names in electronic music, Dominic Lalli of Big Gigantic and Haywyre (Martin Vogt), joined Louis Futon, Cloudchord, Birocratic and Ian Ewing in passing a beat through a series of Twitter mentions and replies in the middle of the pandemic. On March 18, a mysterious rising producer posted a stem on Twitter and tagged multi-instrumentalist Ian Ewing to take it off his hands. From there, “Twitter Telephone” was born.
After touching 6 different home studios, “Twitter Telephone” took the shape of a chill electronic track with hip hop, house and soul elements.
