Skrillex has announced the 2014 edition of the Mothership Tour alongside compadres Dillon Francis, DJ Snake, What So Not, and Milo & Otis.
The announcement follows his Reddit AMA this past weekend in which Sonny Moore discussed his prank war with Deadmau5 and the difference between crowds in different countires, among other subjects.
Sponsored by Red Bull, the Mothership Tour features completely redesigned stage and visual components that have undergone extensive programming and testing over the past few months in a Los Angeles warehouse. Based on Red Bull’s track record, the 10,000 square foot space Skrillex and his team have been rehearsing in, and the months the crew has had to prepare, expect something MASSIVE.
According to Rolling Stone, the new production is expected to be fully revealed at Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in April.
