Most sixteen year old kids’ biggest concerns are passing their drivers’ license test, winning a spot on the varsity team, or who they are going to take to prom. For Pittsburgh based producer Steve James it is what epic sound he is going to pump out next. Not many his age can lay claim to having their tracks featured in the top 3 of Hype Machine and being plastered all over the internet.
After falling in love with electronic dance music through listening to podcasts from Ultra Music Festival, Avicii, and Afrojack. Steve James began his production journey and has never looked back.
With remixes of John Legend’s “All Of Me,” Cash Cash’ “Take Me Home,” Lorde’s “Ribs,” and Zhu’s “Faded,” there is no limit to what the prodigy in making is capable of. After continuing to release new music throughout the summer, Steve James will look to take his talents on tour in the coming year.
