Trevor Christensen, also known by his stage name Said The Sky, is an American electronic dance music producer. Released under the label Seeking Blue, Wide-Eyed is his first full length album, built of future bass.

Incredible production, lovely melodies, intelligent sound design and quality collaborations take Said The Sky’s debut project to the next level.
Wide-Eyed includes features from a plethora of amazing vocalists and future bass producers: StayLoose, FRND, and Matthew Koma to name a few. The most remarkable thing about this album, however, is not the music. Yes, I know I sound crazy, but hear me out. This album’s biggest attribute is the way it makes you feel, while listening to it. Said The Sky does a phenomenal job of creating a feeling for the listener.
Whether it is sadness, loneliness, or pure bliss, you will definitely experience something while listening to this emotionally charged album.

Now back to the music. Although it is mostly future bass, Wide-Eyed pulls inspiration from a variety of genres. Tracks like “Mixed Signals” and “Hold Me Closer” give off pop dance hall Diplo-esque vibes. “Over Getting Over You” and “Pray For Me” highlight a darker, trap inspired sound. Most notably, “Show and Tell”, “Beautiful” and “Superstar” are Said The Sky’s bread and butter. They are all euphoric, future bass ballads with majestic vocals.
Take a listen to Wide-Eyed to experience this emotional masterpiece.
If you have a chance, check him out live on his tour.
