Caked Up has graced us with yet another amazing remix.
“No Type,” originally by Rae Sremmurd, has been making it’s way across the Billboards and has landed the top 16/100. Caked Up’s remix has been receiving both negative and positive reviews from fans and other EDM websites. It’s a dirty remix with some hard drops that people seem to love; however some argue that Caked Up stole the “song” (beats) from LOUDPVCK and gLAdiator’s “Tony.”
Yes, one can argue these songs have similarities, but this doesn’t necessarily mean Caked Up is the culprit of stealing another song’s beats; or maybe it is.
The duo Caked Up, comprised from Las Vegas, began DJ-ing and producing in 2013. Oscar Wylde and Vegas Banger (aka Caked Up) has been remixing some of the top songs over the past year.
It came to no surprise that “No Type” was just their next remix to be released. But we have to ask, did the duo keep “Tony” in mind when making this unforgettable remix? We will just let you all decide.
