NGHTMRE and Slander have not been playing around over the past year, so it makes sense that this collaboration would eventually come to be.
What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? In this case, it’s a “Warning.”
Says NGHTMRE:
Slander and I have been wanting to do this project for about a year now. So happy we finally found some time over the last few months to get together and make some new tracks for the upcoming festival season. This is first of 4 original tracks that we will be releasing for an EP we decided to call “Nuclear Bonds.”
This is an absolutely massive sound that is not for the faint of heart. With a title like “Warning” off an impending EP labeled Nuclear Bonds, you should be able to guess what is in store once you hit the play button.
Earth rattling bass is interspersed with an ambient melody that violently pulls you back in forth and synthesis of sensory stimulation that will leave your ears feeling used and abused. There’s even a little bit of a throwback with samples of “Warp” by The Bloody Beetroots, that throws a little “WOOP” your way.
Hope you’re ready.
