This year has been huge for NGHTMRE. The bass producer has been busy doing remixes for big name artists like DJ Snake and Zeds Dead. He has also been playing numerous festivals, his Ultra set was one of the best bass sets that I’ve heard.
Ghastly has not been idle either. The experimental bass producer has been touring around the US. Ghastly and NGHTMRE are two of the biggest names in the bass world and both producers have been teasing their collaboration for weeks.
They finally dropped ‘End of the Night’ and it has the potential to be one of the strongest tracks of 2017.
The two producers have worked together previously when Ghastly remixed NGHTMRE and Slander’s track ‘Warning‘. Now with this newest track, both bass producers’ signature sounds can be heard throughout the track. ‘End of the Night’ combines the best sounds from trap and bass to create a track that will pick up crowds anywhere.
Ghastly’s distorted wobbling bass sounds meshes perfectly with NGHTMRE’s crescendoing beats.
With festival season beginning to kick into high gear, we expect this track to have a good amount of airtime. Coachella is live streaming this weekend and next and I’m almost positive that we’ll hear this song during a drop.

Personally, I have my fingers crossed that ‘End of the Night’ becomes the quintessential bass track. With Middlelands and EDC coming up in the next couple months, this track dropped at the perfect time.
Some combinations are meant to be. Ghosts and night. Trap and bass. NGHTMRE and Ghastly. This track makes us excited for the next collaboration between Ghastly and NGHMTRE sometime soon.
