Ever since his remix of the infectious big room track “Tsunami” blew up back in 2012, Lookas became one of the heavyweights in the trap scene. Quality remixes eventually landed him a Platinum record when he produced Flo Rida & Sage the Gemini‘s “GDFR”.
This festival season, one of his new originals titled “Can’t Get Enough” was one of the most played tracks getting play by mainstream names such as Martin Garrix and Tiesto.
Originally thought to be a remix of Skrillex & Wiwek‘s “Killa”, “Can’t Get Enough” is a festival anthem.
This release is the epitome of pure turn up – trap mixed with dubstep resulting in a perfect hybrid. When this track was played out throughout the festival season, it had a slightly altered melody. For its finally release, Lookas decided to change a few notes in the drop as the original version drew many parallels to “Killa”s chord progression.
The note change caught some fans by surprise resulting in mixed reactions, but it certainly doesn’t take away from the greatness of “Can’t Get Enough”.
