Disney Gets into the Music Festival Game

Early this month, a magical night of EDM occurred. Envision yourself in a land of magic where all dreams come true and immersed with some of your favorite electronic dance music artists. Disneyland made that dream come true by hosting its first time ever, one-day electronic music event called Electroland.

Electroland was to celebrate Disneyland Paris 25th anniversary since it’s opened and it did so in a very magical and musical way.

The event consisted of an open air stage held next to the Hollywood Tower Hotel. Disney claimed to enter into a magical universe with projections on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror Ride.

Not only with astounding production but they had some big names as headliners.

One was Steve Aoki, who was positioned Best DJ in America in 2015. He is well known for his highly energetic sets and smashing cakes into fans faces. The legendary Steve Aoki with more than 250 booked shows each year, also holds residencies in Las Vegas and Ibiza. No wonder Disney would want Aoki to perform in front of such a large audience.

Electroland also featured very well known performers like DJ duo Nervo, French producer Michael Calfan and Richard Orlinski.

Michael Clafan brought the house vibes to the stage. The French producer has been booked back to back all across the world at your most major music festivals and famous nightclubs. He enlightened the festival, performing his most popular tunes in house music.

Take a listen to Michael Calfan’s single releases on ‘Over Again’ (Spinnin Deep) below:

Besides the production and headliners there were other magical attractions.

Some of these included Crush Coasters, RC Racer, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terro and Ratatouille, The Adventure. On top of the attractions, Disney made those rides, along with the restaurants all accessible for those who attended, making this one day festival a whole package of magic.
