The first artist signed to DJ Shadow’s label Liquid Amber, San Francisco based producer Aaron Triggs is gaining comparisons to Anamanaguchi and Aphex Twin when it comes to production style.
Originally premiered through Nest HQ, Bleep Bloop’s “Yep” is fresh of Smog City Volume 3 and is full of glitchy, futuristic elements as suggested by the album art.
Self described as “outerspace bass music” and “bass dipped in liquid question marks and rolled in lazers,” one can get an idea of the syncopated, trippy sounds that are in store.
