Some of the best house music and techno labels Astralwerks, REALM, SOLOTOKO and NONSTOP kick off 2021 in full stride. With Astralwerks offering Gorgon City‘s collaboration with DRAMA ‘You’ve Done Enough’. REALM bringing us Northern Italy’s rising talent, Mauro Venti‘s afro house gem ‘Vanita’ and a melodic techno bit ‘Mercy’ from Paige, Nihil Young and Sarah De Warren.
While Piero Pirupa‘s NONSTOP presenting two of tech house finest, Simon Kidzoo and Monoky. Then Sonny Fodera‘s SOLOTOKO showcasing Go Freek and Flash 89 with ‘Body & Soul’ and Roxe for ‘Gucci Floor’.
With each consecutive release, Gorgon City set new standards for their production, whilst continuing their unique and recent theme of working with exciting and emerging US vocalists. Perfectly blending UK inspired dance production with outstanding singers ‘You’ve Done Enough’ arrives as the pair’s second collaboration with Chicago’s DRAMA.
Mauro Venti has seen support from some of the biggest names in tech house including Green Velvet, Marco Carola, and Eats Everything amongst others. For ‘Vanita’ Mauro shows us some quality afro house with captivating tribal vocals and a highly appreciated use of the hang drum.
Up next on Gorgon City’s REALM label, is a hot new collab single ‘Mercy’ from Paige & Nihil Young featuring Sarah De Warren. Paige & Nihil Young have seen previous success on collaborative singles releasing on Toolroom, Love & Other and Zerothree. This time around, featuring the beautiful vocals of Sarah De Warren, the duo takes us on a deep and mysterious journey.
Simon Kidzoo and Monoky join forces to unleash their new single ‘Balanca’ via NONSTOP label. The title track ‘Balanca’ has a deep riding bassline full of tech vibes with catchy drums and hypnotizing vocals whilst ‘Virunga’ boasts more of a groove with heavier hitting congo style drums.

Then we have a peak time Australian collaboration from Go Freek & Flash 89 dubbed, ‘Body & Soul’ on Sonny Fodera’s SOLOTOKO. ‘Body and Soul’ is a high-intensity, energetic club track with a pumping bassline and acid-like stabs set to dominate dancefloors.
Finally, we got Roxe‘s return to SOLOTOKO for ‘Gucci Floor’, a massive tech house tune ready to set off the dance floor. Hailing from Spain, the rising tech-house star has had releases on La Pera, Farris Wheel, and Be One Records and has seen support from some of the scenes biggest names.
