Bass Center X: Return to the Mothership touches down September 1-3, 2017 at the Hampton Coliseum.
Being the tenth Bass Center gathering Bassnectar has thrown, combined with the fact that Lorin’s team will be returning to the Hampton Coliseum, this event will top all others. Better known as the MOTHERSHIP, the Hampton Coliseum is one of Bassheads most desired venues to gather and see the wizard himself throw down.
Returning for the first time since Basslights in December of 2015, Bassnectar’s team promises Bass Center X will raise the bar over the previous shows in the series.
Bassnectar will be playing each night alongside Cashmere Cat, Dan Deacon, Mr. Carmack, CloZee, Tsuruda, Bleep Bloop, Shlump, Son of Kick, and CharlesTheFirst.
Being the heavy bass lover that I am, my most highly anticipated opener to see is Shlump! The heavy snare drum kickback with the bass wobbles will be next level on the sound system Bassnectar‘s team will offer at Bass Center X.

The Haven returns, which will include ambient DJs, yoga and massage therapists, free juice, water, and an interactive gift altar. It is a great spot for meeting up with friends or catching a quick massage from a licenses therapist.
Also introducing The Lot, a large gathering space outside the venue with monster sound systems, pop-up arts & crafts, and special guest performances. Who do you think the special performances are going to be by?
Plus, you can’t forget the massive AmBASSador crew. They will have the pleasure of welcoming you into the building and showing you all the amazing features of this epic event. The AmBASSadors will also be running new art instillations featuring unique ways to connect Bassheads from around the world.
We all know how fast Bassnectar tickets sell out, so the Bass Center X team has devised a new, and rather fun, method of releasing pre-sale tickets this year.
Bassnectar is unveiling a lottery type system beginning March 8th at 12pm EST, lasting until Monday, March 13th at 6pm EST. You are only allowed one entry, so don’t try your luck and enter more than once.
