Bad Royale are by far one of the most unique producers in the game right now. An indescribable style, top quality production, awesome branding, and consistently pumping out great tracks, leads to them to being one of the most talked about acts in bass music.
The production group consists of Maor Levi, Bruce Karlsson formerly of Norin & Rad, Kevin Wild, and Elias Ghosen. Three established progressive producers with the creative direction of Elias Ghosen resulted in Bad Royale, a group that throws genres out the window.
Their latest remix of Gente de Zona‘s “Algo Contigo” perfectly fuses salsa and reggaeton with electronic dance music.
Picked up early on by Diplo and the Mad Decent crew, Bad Royale have put out remixes for Major Lazer, Travis Scott, DJ Mustard, Rihanna, The Chainsmokers, and more. Their style is reminiscent of Jack U‘s style but once you dive deeper, their sound is much more defined and intricate.
This remix of “Alto Contigo” maintains the salsa vibe of the original but adds layers of electro house in the first drop and a summer-friendly second drop.
