Adrian Lux, the superstar DJ and producer out of Sweden, is probably mellowing a little as he gets older. That might not be the case, but if his latest single is anything to go by, that change could be supremely positive. Lux is back on the mighty Ultra Music label with a track that highlights a softer sound and also shines a light on the diverse nature of his music-making talents.
“Torn Apart” is part pop song, part indie guitar track and part dance – elements of all of those genres manifest themselves in the soundscapes created by Lux on this wondrous four and half minutes.
