ULTRA Worldwide’s esteemed underground concept RESISTANCE is heralded as the most international house and techno festival brand, boasting active events on all six inhabited continents. The dance institution’s global takeover has included programming stages at Ultra events in 35 cities internationally, to tours across Latin America and Asia, to its residency in Ibiza at the world’s largest nightclub Privilege.
Following three banner years in Ibiza, RESISTANCE launched its inaugural U.S. Club Residency during Miami Music Week at the brand-new M2 Miami nightclub on Miami Beach. RESISTANCE Miami sold out all four Miami Music Week shows, which featured headliners like Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Sasha_John Digweed, Charlotte de Witte, and Joris Voorn.
Now, RESISTANCE Miami invites revelers to return to M2’s two-floor, 35,000 square foot mecca for Race Week, which will take place from Friday, May 5, 2023 – Sunday, May 7, 2023.

The weekend will kick off on Friday, May 5 with Green Velvet and Claude VonStroke performing back-to-back as their collaborative project GET REAL, showcasing their signature blend of authentic old school house and techno futurism.
Following his celebrated Miami Music Week Drumcode label takeover at M2, Swedish techno legend Adam Beyer will return to headline the Miami Beach nightspot on Saturday, May 6.
On Sunday, May 7, Belgian hard techno leader Charlotte de Witte will follow up her unprecedented Ultra Music Festival Main Stage performance and highly-praised Miami Music Week M2 debut with yet another headlining set at the Miami Beach club. De Witte will be joined by Sama’ Abdulhadi, the internationally-renowned Palestinian DJ/producer. More Race Week performing acts will be announced soon.
In the fall, RESISTANCE will continue its Season 1 programming at M2 with weekly Saturday parties, kicking off Halloween weekend on Saturday, October 28and running through the Closing Party on Saturday, May 11, 2024.
The debut season of RESISTANCE Miami will continue to showcase an elevated nightlife experience for both VIP guests and dance floor denizens, soundtracked by the world’s most in-demand house and techno maestros.
Previously home to Mansion, the historic 35,000 square ft venue at 1235 Washington Avenue recently underwent a massive multi-million dollar renovation. Across two cavernous floors, M2 is able to transport RESISTANCE’s signature, stadium-smashing production to a more intimate, sultry club atmosphere.
