Since announcing their jamtastically-tropical lineup in January, CounterPoint 2015 has been marked on calendars of festival enthusiasts around the country. With anticipation at maximum levels just days away from the CounterPoint family reunion, more surprises continue to trickle out of the woodwork surrounding this year’s gathering.
As the event nears and droves of excited souls pick up, pack up, and make their way to Kingston Downs, there’s a little something else that you might want to know about at CounterPoint this year.
Imagine Music Festival will reveal phase 1 of their 2015 lineup during CounterPoint this weekend.
As sponsors of the silent disco, Imagine Festival will be making the announcement for Imagine 2015 during the after-hours festivities. So what do you have to do to get in the know?
Just head to the silent disco – catch acts like Michal Menert, Archnemesis, Vibe Street, Bearson, and MK Ultra – and wait for the announcement. That’s about it.

Taking things one step further, not only will Imagine Music Festival give a sneak peak into this year’s tomfoolery but they’re giving away free tickets to the fellow Atlanta event.
On top of catching some of the nation’s premiere electronic acts at the Imagine silent disco stage during CounterPoint, you might just end up with a free ticket to Imagine Festival 2015.
That sounds like the icing on an already delectable CounterPoint cake.
Founded by IRIS Presents, Imagine Festival is a two-day dance music and arts festival taking place in the heart of Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s held at the Historic Fourth Ward Park and Masquerade Music Park in Atlanta on August 29th and August 30th, 2015 and, if last year’s festival is any indication of what to expect in year two, then 2015 will be a rocking time. With an all-star lineup in its inaugural year, we can’t wait to see what else Imagine has in store for 2015.
2014’s performers included Adventure Club, Rusko, Beats Antique, Shpongle, Infected Mushroom, and more – if this year’s Imagine Music Festival lineup announcement is anywhere near 2014’s we’ll be buying our tickets on the spot.
As time nears for CounterPoint 2015 the wait only becomes more difficult, but it’s almost here. Days drag on and nights creep by in anticipation of the days we’ll spend at CounterPoint, glowing in revelry as music, art, and culture meet in one glorious trifecta.
