Deep Root Records’ released the first track of the year by two best friends, the Serbians, Divolly & Markward, following their collaboration with Hugel and string of well-received releases since their debut porngroove remix of Bob Sinclair and Axwell‘s ‘What A Wonderful World’ featuring Ron Carrol 10-years ago.
‘Nostalgia‘ has potential to be the first of it’s kinda, an afro latin house track, as Divolly & Markward hold true to the afro house ambiance while bringing us back in time with a classic Latin melody and goes hard to keep the dance floor alive. If you have heard of another one like this, please drop us a line.
You will have to plug into the duo’s ‘All Night’ with Hugel next that brings a more of a techno vibe. Then explore the remaining of their 10-release collection that has received support by the likes of Sony Music, Spinnin’ Records, and Armada Music, plus catch their set atop the Avala Tower at Infuse.
The next page of 2025 for Deep Root revealed Paris’, Touzani, who brought his buzzing afro and melodic house sound to his release ‘Let’s Work’ and dancefloors at iconic venues like Vagalume Tulum, Pacha Munich, Totem Uluwatu, and Beachhouse Ibiza.
With releases on top labels such as Get Physical, Armada, MIDH, Moblack, his music has earned support from industry giants like Keinemusik, Black Coffee, and Bedouin, solidifying his place among the genre’s most exciting talents.
In the meantime Deep Root Tribe and Francis Mercier’s Soley World have been taking over the planet at venues such as Phuket in Thailand, Ushuaïa Dubai, Zamna on the Beach in Tulum and a next-level experience under the Giza Pyramids in Egypt.
Could you imagine more immaculate afro house environments?

While Deep Roots Tribe’s takeover in Lebanon raised $25,000 for local NGOs.
The next Soley World will be on June 22nd at the Brooklyn Mirage and the world can catch Francis Mercier along his South American tour in March ahead of Deep Root’s return to Miami Music Week.
