Sander Kleinenberg started his career as a DJ in the late 1980s, at the age of 15. Kleinenberg was known to play rock, pop and hip-hop tracks at a local bar near his home in the Netherlands. His latest release, titled ‘Midnight Lovers’, draws stylistically on these earlier influences. Throughout his career as a DJ, he has truly grown artistically. Sander often dabbles in progressive house, trance and electro.
Sander channels a deep house sound on his latest effort for Armada Records, taking a new direction with his music.
‘Midnight Lovers’ features angelic vocals that fuse with a very hypnotic deep house melody.
In doing so he created a distinct, captivating track. The thoughtful lyrics are easy to remember and you will probably catch yourself crooning along by the second play. If the lyrics don’t have you hooked right away, the groovy beat and the dope breakdown toward the end of track definitely will.
