Armin van Buuren, Dada Life, Deep Dish, Pete Tong, and more are set to premiere a state of the art sound system prototype developed by former Director of Electro-acoustic Research at NASA, Tom Danley. Co-Founder of Danley Sound Labs, Tom has led the charge on cutting-edge technologies that have been implemented in numerous scenarios, including the following as listed on DSL’s homepage:
ground zero bombing simulations, active noise cancellation of jet engines, critical listening mastering studios, live sound, commercial/high-end home theatres and houses of worship around the world.
Danley took this skill set and technology to the music and entertainment world where he has continued to stomp his competition and raise the standard of expectations. Other clients include range from professional sport franchises to the world renowned Cirque de Soleil.
After revolutionizing the space with his Servodrive Subwoofer, Danley is back at it again. Partnering with Pure Groove Systems, Danley Sound Labs will reveal the new J1 prototype, or Jericho Horn, during Miami Music Week sets including Dada Life at the Ice Palace for Remembrance Music Festival Thursday, March 27 and Armin van Buuren at the Surfcomber Thursday, March 27.
