MALAA adds to the list of mysterious producers, a growing trend in the dance music community. Simply wearing a ski mask and male clothing while performing, he lets his music speak for itself.
Released on Tchami’s label, Confession, “Fade” by MALAA is an incredibly classic House tune that further exemplifies his talent.
Initially releasing a series of mixes titled “Who is MALAA,” this rising producer did not have any actual songs out at the time. After about nine mix series, a few live shows and a Diplo and Friends mix, his first song was premiered on Billboard. From there the rest is history.
Garnering the attention of Tchami, MALAA has had a few songs released on his label, Confession.
“Fade” is a classic house song which incorporates a vocal sample with a heavy bassline in a classic 4/4 pattern. MALAA does an excellent job of infusing new school and old school together on this new track.
