Australian-born DJ and producer Kaz James returns with ‘Get High’, a hypnotic, bass-led club cut built for high-pressure sets and sunrise moments, out via his label krushes.

Layered with sharp percussion, a driving bassline, and an unmistakable vocal that rides the line between trippy and addictive, ‘Get High’ has been doing damage all summer at Kaz’s sets from Mykonos to Mexico. It’s raw, refined, and absolutely ready to blow.
“I’ve been playing this one out for a while now, and every time the vocal hits, the whole room lifts,” Kaz says. “It’s got that tension-and-release energy I love in a track. Pure escapism.” The artwork, again, is another bold visual moment from Kaz’s creative world, capturing the controlled chaos of the record.

Early support ha been rolling in from the likes of Vintage Culture, Joris Voorn, Ilario Alicante, Gorgon City, Nic Fanciulli, Yotto and Joseph Capriati, with DJs across the spectrum adding it to their sets. After dropping ‘Sun is Shining’ with support from Keinemusik, Black Coffee, Jamie Jones, LP Giobbi and Pete Tong, Kaz is deep in a new era of output via krushes, a platform for music that hits instantly and lingers long after.
With a packed summer tour rolling through Alemagou Mykonos, Scorpios Bodrum, Playa Padre Marbella, L’Aventure Paris, Amnesia Ibiza, Pablo St Tropez and a stacked Burning Man run, plus B2Bs lined up with Deer Jade, Pete Tong, DJ Tennis, Seth Troxler and Vintage Culture, ‘Get High’ is set to become a peak-time staple across some of the most iconic dance floors in the world.
