Chris Lake, head honcho of Rising Music, has teamed up with Chris Lorenzo (of UK house duo Cause & Effect) to work their magic on Chris Isaak’s 1989 classic “Wicked Game.”
The resulting edit is a relaxing deep house song that keeps the original’s feel while adding in a rolling bass line that carries Isaak’s haunting vocals effortlessly along.
The whole track was produced without any samples (minus the vocals), making Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo’s version all the more impressive.
