‘House Music A Vida Toda’ is all about energy. It’s Portuguese for House Music All Life Long. This message isn’t new, but the way it is conveyed definitely is. When people listen to this, I want them to channel the hype that the song intends to deliver. I want people jumping and feeling the jungle-like rhythm”, shares Soleil Carrillo on his latest radiant transmission.

On the production itself, Soleil continues, “I used Keys N Crates as inspiration for this track, mostly taking influence from their percussive elements. Although it does not have the conventional clap/snare on the 2 and 4, it still uses the same electronic sounds you would find in house music. For each build and drop, I introduce new elements such as the hi hat in the second build and drop or the siren in the third build and drop. I used a very low tom to complement the sub bass line to give the low end some mmphh.” The collection comes complete with renditions for multiple occasions, including the tech house version from the notorious Kebab & Cream.
The burgeoning talent is coming up through his residency at the finely-tuned venue, Upstairs in Victoria, British Columbia, opening for the likes of AYYBO, as well as finding himself in-the-mix during recent appearances at Amsterdam Dance Event and a Coachella satellite party.
