Mamby On The Beach 2015 headed to their new location at Oakwood Beach in Chicago, Illinois on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12, 2015.
To put things simply: Mamby straight killed it.
Featuring 50 of today’s top electronic and indie artists, Zhu, Autograf, Phantogram, Art Department, Cherub, Robert DeLong, j.phlip, and dozens more descended on the shores of Lake Michigan for some summertime shenanigans.
With 25,000 making it out for the first year at the festival’s new location, fans and artists alike were enthralled with the romanticized beachfront festival. Mamby artist Moon Boots sums it up best:
“It’s so rare to have a festival like this in a major city. Sure there are beach festivals in exotic locales and vacation destinations, but rarely like this, and even more rarely are they this well-run.”
