New essential techno & house music festival ARC is set to debut in Chicago over Labor Day weekend 2021. The event will take place in Union Park on September 4-5 and will feature endless amounts of top-tier talent. Chicago is the birthplace of house music and remains as a hotbed capable of blooming ARC Music Festival.
