The Summer Set Music & Camping Festival is returning to Wisconsin and the Somerset Amphitheatre for the third straight year and today they dropped bombs with phase 1 of their lineup announcement. Among the first wave of headliners are Bassnectar, who returns to the circuit after a year-long hiatus to work on his new album, Wu Tang, Big Gigantic, The Disco Biscuits, Chromeo, Claude VonStroke, Datsik, Cedric Gervais, Cherub and many others with more still to be announced.
With its’ increasing success, Summer Set has also expanded the campgrounds to accommodate a few thousand more festival-goers, meaning plenty more vibes to go around! With a new, EDM exclusive stage labeled “The EDM Tent” in addition to VIP Camping that features amenities such as private showers and rest rooms, Summer Set is continuing to step up its’ game to meet the demand. Proving to heed the desires of their loyal followers, Summer Set has also agreed to increase the capacity at the Groove Stage while also providing increased hydration options and more.
With over 40 more artists to be announced along with private after parties, Summer Set is shaping up to be a must attend festival this summer. Not too many places you are going to be able to catch Wu Tang.
