Three concert-goers were injured during Friday’s Datsik show at Concord Music Hall in Chicago, Illinois from a partial ceiling collapse.
Enough bass to bust down the roof.
Know for his heavy bass, Datsik literally brought the house down early Saturday morning.
The Concord Hall Management Team released the following statement:
Concord Music Hall has voluntarily agreed to close until further notice due to a section of plaster falling from its ceiling during a show last night. During this time, Concord will fully cooperate with all City of Chicago officials to ensure that there are no ongoing concerns for the safety of its patrons and its employees.
Datsik took to Twitter shortly after he was forced to end the show early. “Chicago I am sincerely sorry the roof collapsed tonight,” the electronic music producer wrote. “We had fun while is lasted and I promise we are coming back bigger and badder.” Shortly thereafter following up, “Im happy no one was seriously injured. I love u guys and can’t wait to come back and do it proper.”
That’s some serious bass in your face.
