On Wednesday, May 8th 2019, UMF put out an official announcement regarding the future of Ultra Music Festival. If you’re worried about being able to attend Ultra in the future, do not fret because Ultra Music Festival will be returning in March 2020. However, if you were banking on making the trip an entire Miami Music Week experience, you just might have to adjust your plans.
Due to an overwhelming amount of responses about the previous venue in Virginia Keys being less than adequate, after twenty years of taking over venues throughout the Greater Miami area, Ultra has decided, on their own accord, to terminate their City of Miami license for the future.
Ultra Music Festival will be returning in 2020, but to a brand venue in South Florida.
