Everywhere you look people seem to be disagreeing with the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll.
There have been stories of marketing teams investing thousands of dollars into campaigns, robots and hackers casting fake votes, and the poll being a popularity contest.
Anyway you spin it, it seems that the final list is not legitimate. Talented artists such as Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, Anna Lunoe, Flume and more are absent while legends such as Carl Cox, Jamie Jones, and John Digweed are nowhere to be found.
While any list is subjective, this re-rank is shaping up to be a much more accurate representation. Magnetic Magazine has created a Ranker.com list that is allowing you to have your voice heard.
With nearly half of a million votes cast thus far, Hardwell has plummeted to 153 with others falling completely out of the top 200.
