Moonrise Festival To Return This August With Huge Lineup

Originally conceptualized as Starscape, and held under that name for several years, Moonrise Festival has grown into one of the east coast’s most popular dance music festivals. It takes place annually in Baltimore, Maryland, at the Pimlico Race Course.

This year, Moonrise returns on August 12th and 13th, with heavyweights like Afrojack, Excision, Kaskade, Porter Robinson, Seven Lions, and Zeds Dead set to take the stage.

These acts are surely going to bring a very broad set of musical styles and sounds to the event. From big room to electro-house to dubstep, fans will be able to find something that is bound to get them moving.

Lil Uzi Vert and Migos are also on this year’s lineup, providing a fun, trappy twist to an event known mostly for its dance music acts. Aside from the bigger names, artists like Alan Walker, Louis The Child, Party Thieves and Said The Sky are surely going to diversify the experience, too.
