Elements Music & Arts Festival 2026 powered through a weekend of storms to deliver one of its best experiences yet. Festival goers, event and production staff powered through Thursday and Fridays weather delays for a weekend that will be remembered as one of the best runs by Elements to date. All weekend fans danced to acts amongst the four stages representing the elements of Air, Water, Earth and Fire.
What started as warehouse parties thrown in Brooklyn by festival founders Brett Herman and Timothy Monkiewicz’s production company BangOn! NYC, has grown from a one day event into an estimated 40,000 attendee festival. Fans return to see what’s next and Elements continues to evolve every year with every stage and venue it outgrows.
So what makes this festival so special? Production, stage design, art installations and attractions all combine in a perfect combination at Elements and deliver an experience that captivates and fuels an energy that permeates through the venue and campgrounds. On top of the 4 elemental main stages, there are multiple stages that are found in the venue and even the campground itself. Every year, the theme grows into something grander and larger from years past. The detail and thought that goes into designing Elements is another level.
Quite possibly the most attractive aspect of Elements is its almost 24/4 event . The South Camping area of the festival hosted a number of main stage acts on renegade stages including Of The Trees on Club Renegades outpost in the campground. Artists such as Diceman, Mersive, and Sippy could be found on Friday & Saturday night into the morning. EVOL Afters was another popular spot for late night grooves.
The classic Elements activities such as late night Frick Frack Black Jack to take a break from the music, and morning yoga by the Water Stage to cool off were ever present. At night walking through the Neon Forest between stages with the bass in the background and stumbling upon random encounters and art installations made for interesting stories.
Opening up on Thursday, fans were given a glimpse by Ardalan on the Air Stage. The Air Stage is nestled into the woods featuring treehouses and hammocks scattered overlooking the stage.
Friday the festival was able to go full steam ahead. All of the stages came to life for an incredible display of talent from all ends of the spectrum of electronic music. Dubstep, house, trance, techno, hard style, jam bands and everything in between could be heard at one point or another.
The Fire and Earth stage, powered by TAG (Technical Arts Group) featured top tier production featuring pyrotechnics and massive displays of lasers. 3D projection cast onto a structure formed into a stag on the Earth stage. The Water stage featured lasers and projection as well, in an almost 360 style with one half featuring LED wall panels surrounding. On the other side fans assembled into a dancefloor grooving to the beats and moshing to the harder sets.
Each night featured incredible displays of fireworks and skydivers parachuting into the venue through the breaking storm clouds. Closing out the festival, a Porter Robinson DJ set with genres you’d think are impossible to mix ending with the biggest display of fireworks of the weekend.
Some of our favorite acts of the weekend included I Hate Models, GRiZ, Walker and Royce, Jackie Hollander. Of The Trees, Subtronics, Jigitz, Biscits, Tiga, LSDream, and Marvel Years. One thing is for sure, we are already looking forward to Elements Music & Arts Festival 2027! See you there next year.
