Insomniac Events Founder/CEO Pasquale Rotella is considering a live broadcast from EDC Vegas. After selling out over 330,000 tickets more than three months before the event, an Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas Live Stream would allow more of the electronic dance music community to connect with the mecca of EDM while also creating more financial opportunity for Rotella.
With festival season underway, Rotella might take a page from the book of Ultra Music Festival. Not only would a live stream allow EDM lovers across the globe to tune in to the June gathering but it would also create the opportunity for increased sponsorship and advertising revenue while continually expanding the reach of EDM in to any house with a reliable internet connection.
Rotella has admittedly wavered back and forth with the idea but seems to be still considering it.
@AlmostRadical @KTinh I’m again debating if its right 4 Edc. My feelings keep changing. Might need 2 do a poll. I might b 2 oldschool. Lol

If indeed he does opt to conduct a poll, it seems at this stage that the general consensus is to stay away from the live stream. Via social media, many people are suggesting that it would take away from the allure and magic of the experience.
@PasqualeRotella @ML_Trey5 @AlmostRadical @KTinh DONT RUIN THE EXPERIENCE
