The Governors Ball continues to be one of the most notable multi-genre festivals, known for its uniquely curated lineups. Each year, the event plays host to more than 100,000 attendees. Most importantly, artists on the roster are able to take the stage at a major event within the heart of New York City in Randall’s Island Park.
The Governors Ball makes its return this year from June 2nd-4th, with headliners like Flume, Marshmello and Chance the Rapper.
Aside from catching your favorite electronic acts during the event’s seventh installment this year, the opportunity to see acts like Tool, Kehlani, Cage the Elephant, Wu-Tang Clan, Beach House, Tove Lo and Childish Gambino, at the same event is insane. Gov Ball is known for its signature, NYC-themed food lineup, too.
The producers of Governors Ball, Founders Entertainment, hold pride in always incorporating the top talent from a wide variety of genres, appealing to everyone’s particular tastes.
There are undoubtedly many artists that you might not be too familiar with, but that has always been the best aspect of the event. This festival inspires attendees to explore different genres and broaden their musical horizons.
